Return/Exchange Policy
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return merchandise within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns past this period. We only allow exchanges for equal or lower price.
Sale items can only be exchanged for their sale price unless otherwise noted. Final/Clearance sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Merchandise Conditions:
Merchandise must have the original tags and labels attached, must not have been worn, altered, perfumed, or washed, and must be in a new and unused condition.
Return Process:
Contact [Email Address] for a refund request, and we will send you a return label that should be placed over the existing shipping label of the package you want to return. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount. We will only provide free returns if we made an error. All defective items will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
You are eligible for free shipping and returns for size exchanges (not color) up to 2 times per 30 days. Each return shipment made for the purpose of exchange counts as one of these exchanges. Contact [Email Address] with your order number, style number and color pair(s), and the sizes you want to exchange them with. Any exchanges beyond the 2 allowed will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
Important: Please do not send any returns without our issued return labels. Returns made without our return labels are your responsibility. For returns made without our notice, we cannot guarantee its arrival and/or refund.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International returns are not eligible for free shipping. Any shipping costs (including for exchanged items) and duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. No returns are accepted after 30 days. If you return using your own shipping method, you will need to cover the shipping costs.
We inspect every item prior to shipping to ensure quality. All defective items will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Please allow 2-4 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
