The Xcelite 5 in. Static-Dissipative Shear Cutter feature static dissipative black grips to help prevent damage to sensitive electronics. The shear style blades greatly reduce the mechanical shock delivered to the service components. The cutter is designed to flush cut wire up to 20 AWG (0.8 mm).
