The Skylink - Atoms AT-1612BK Belt Drive has a powerful 1/2 HPf dc motor which provides extremely quiet operation. Built-in 12-Watt LED for long-lasting illumination with lower power consumption. Wall Console included as well as a 1 1-Button Remote, 1 Keypad, belt drive system and 7ft rail with a soft-start and soft-stop function to reduce wear and tear on the motor and mechanical parts. The optional backup battery (model BA-100 - sold separately) with a built-in LED light keeps garage door opener functional in the event of a power outage. You can also use your in-car garage door remote to control this garage door opener. Includes rolling code technology that generates a unique code for every remote activation. Automatic timer closer prevents you from leaving the door open for an Extended period of time. The Skylink and IFTTT compatibility allows users to control the garage door opener from anywhere with a Smartphone or other smart devices through an optional Skylinknet Kit (models SK-150, SK-200, SK-250 - sold separately)
