A Drain with style! Take the 12 in. decorative drain grate with botanical design. The pattern of leaves isn't just for show-they're 3/8 in. grate openings that block harmful leaves and debris from entering and clogging your drainage system to protect the health of your landscape, inside and out. Drains moderate flows from lawns, landscaped areas, patios, walkways, and under downspouts. The drain grate (or drain cover) works with the 12 in. square catch basin drain, riser, and low-profile adapter. The plastic drain grate overlaps the top edge of the basin for a stylish effect, with 24.4 sq. in. of open surface area and 75 GPM flow rate. Made of polyethylene treated with UV inhibitors to prevent fading and cracking. The drain grate is rated for NDS Class B loads (up to 175 psi) when properly installed, and ADA compliant. As part of a complete drainage system, the drain grate works with a catch basin or low-profile adapter to collect water and direct it to drain pipes. The pipes carry the water to a discharge point downstream such as a pop-up emitter, or to percolate into the ground with a dry well or infiltration trench.
