ASA-CF filament can withstand UV rays exposure, high temperature and harsh weather conditions without fading or losing its mechanical properties, making it an ideal option for outdoor applications such as signs, marine accessories, etc.

Printing Setting: Nozzle Temp: 230?270? bed Temp: 100?110? printing speed: For regular 3D printer 30-40mm/s; For high-speed 3D printer 80-100mm/s.

Note and guidelines:

  1. It is recommended to use a 3D printer enclosure to ensure that the temperature of printing space is as constant as possible during printing.
  2. Heat the build plate to the recommended temperature for ASA-CF, typically around 100°C. Cooling Fan: No Cooling (OFF for better strength).
  3. Compared to ABS, the gas produced by ASA-CF is less pungent and toxic. Although the health risks of ASA-CF are smaller, it is recommended to wear appropriate protective equipment and maintain good ventilation.
  4. Clean the print bed with water, soap, or alcohol. Ensure the build plate is clean and free from any previous residue.
  5. Squeeze the bottle and apply the material evenly to the print area using a spatula or other applicator.
  6. Remove the prints:
  • When the printing temperature is below 300°C, wait for the print bed to cool down before removing the printed object.
  • When the printing temperature is above 300°C, it is recommended to remove the printed object as soon as possible.
  • When using ASA-CF on a glass print bed, it is suggested to first apply painter's tape or a similar material to the glass surface. Afterward, apply material to further protect the surface and reduce the risk of glass bed breakage.
