Ferry-Morse Basil Lettuce Leaf Seed

This variety of Basil will produce 16 in. plants that bear large, 3 to 5 in. bright green, serrated, crinkly leaves. The aromatic leaves develop into a spicy, mild, peppery flavor with a trace of mint and clove. The leaves are superb with veal, lamb, poultry, fish and vegetables. Delicious in green salads, tomato and cheese dishes, soups and omelets.
