Everbilt 2-3/8 in. Galvanized Steel Chain Link Fence Black Tension Band

Everbilt Steel Tension Bands are an essential component of chain link fence installation. These chain link fittings are primarily used to attach the chain link fabric to a gate, corner or terminal post. The tension bands hold the tension bar (sold separately) in place at the beginning and end of each section of fence. The Everbilt Black Metal Chain Link Fence Tension Bands have a smooth black coating to help resist weathering and rust, and increase longevity. The coating makes the fittings perfect for outdoor and long-term use. To determine the size tension band that is needed, measure the outside diameter of the post. This chain link fence connector is designed for 2-3/8 in. diameter posts. To determine the quantity needed, use one less band than the height of the fence post. For 3-4 ft. post, use 3 tension bands. For 5 ft. post, use 4 tension bands. And for 6 ft. post, use 5 tension bands. Connect the tension bands with the appropriate size carriage bolts. (Posts and carriage bolts sold separately).
