The Keeper 3-1/2 in. Recessed Mount Anchor Point is made of No. 3 gauge wire and designed for heavier duty tie down applications. It's recessed to lay flush with the surface, so as not to obstruct access to, catch on, or damage cargo as its loaded and unloaded. Mounting screws sold separately.
