Merritt's Supreme Hydrangea has mounding growing growth habit and will produced large rose to red mop-head blooms clusters on old wood from Spring throughout Summer. It has dark green oval shaped leaves with serrated margins. Merritt's Supreme is deciduous and will lose its leaves in Winter. When planting this Hydrangea£¬ dig the hole twice as wide as the pot and mix rich garden soil in with your native soil£¬ then leave the top of the root ball a half inch above the ground level when filling the hole with soil. Use a slow-release granular fertilizer in Spring. This plant will ship dormant in Winter and is not guaranteed to be in bloom on arrival.
