WHERE TO USE: Outdoor use: Decorations/Privacy protections for balcony, yard, patio, fence, garden, porch, walkway, shop, party, wedding, etc. Indoor use: Decorations for walls, stairs, and railings in the living room, lobby, hallway, store, bedroom, restroom, etc. HOW TO USE: Assembly: Buckle up the knots around the edges, and make sure all knots are fastened into the holes soundly. (Some zip ties in the package for extra securing.)
