Prime-Line 3-1/4 in., White Plastic, spring-loaded Tilt Latch (1-pair)

This is a spring loaded tilt latch made of injected molded plastic in white. Used on sash panels designed to tilt-in and down from the top for cleaning. 3-1/4 in. in length, 1-3/8 in. width, 2-1/16 in. hole centers with a 3/4 in. backset. Used by several window manufactures. Contains 1 left hand latch and 1 right hand latch with fasteners included.
