MILPERO Hopi Blue Corn Seed

A staple of the Hopi Indians of Northern Arizona. Stalks grow 5-6 ft. high with 9 in. ears and dark blue kernels. Can be eaten as sweet corn when picked young or used as blue corn flour for tortillas or for decoration. Contains 30% higher protein over traditional corn varieties. A popular drought and disease resistant variety.
