The Crescent H.K. Porter 9 in. Steel Strap Cutter features sheer-cut blades which give clean, smooth and easy cuts. It is capable of cutting steel straps up to 3/4 in. W. The spring action handles with Plastisol grips open jaws automatically before and after each cut.
