The included Eccotemp 3" category III, stainless steel, UL listed Vertical Vent Kit makes installation a breeze. The Eccotemp Vertical Vent Kit Includes an adjustable flashing 0-30 degrees, storm collar, rain cap with wind band, backflow preventer, universal appliance adapter, and an in-line drain pipe. We recommend the Eccotemp i12-LP for smaller sized single family homes, apartments, condos, and cabins as well as small commercial applications. Using 1-2 hot water applications simultaneously is a breeze with the Eccotemp i12-LP. With our upgraded PCB performance and an all new gas modulating valve, consumers can experience best in class temperature performance with a price anyone can afford. The compact, wall mounted Eccotemp i12-LP has a 110/120-volt UL listed power cord that powers the internal Exhaust Fan, Digital Display and PCB. With its fully automated control system, the Eccotemp i12-LP only pulls about 0.5 amps during operation, making it an ideal for low energy consumption and efficiency. The Eccotemp i12 has been tested at elevations up to 2000 feet. Installation and use of the Eccotemp i12 above 2000 feet may affect overall product efficiency and performance.
