Constructed with today's birds in mind, our charming 1920s Dutch Colonial home sports it's distinctive profile. It's not uncommon to hear it described as a barn house. To this day, Amityville residents report paranormal phenomena in and around the house. A 1.25 in. Dia hole will allow wrens, finches, chickadees, nuthatches and titmice to nest. The roof is topped with sturdy pine shingles. Ventilation, drainage and a removable back wall make this birdhouse as functional as it is spooky. Item Dimensions, 12.5 in. L x 10.5 in. W x 13.5 in.
